I believe movement is one of the most powerful ways to take care of ourselves from the inside out. With a background in dance, anatomy, mindfulness, and strength training, I help people build a deeper understanding of their bodies and see that they’re capable of far more than they think. My approach focuses on real lifestyle change and longevity, no quick fixes or "one path fits all" mindset. My ultimate goal is to help you feel good in your body, whatever that means for you.
